First Valentine's Together

for the 5 years that we're together, we never celebrated valentine's day together. and it wasn't supposed to change this year. we didn't have any plans for valentine's. well actually we had - he'll go home to cavite while i stay in makati.

i'm not really particular with that day. i thought of it as a chance for me to spend time with myself, relax at home and get a rest. besides, we'll be going to pangasinan this weekend, so that would serve as a post-valentine's celebration.

sunday after church, he texted me if i wanted to watch fireworks display in MOA - of course yes! we set the time at 5pm. when we got to MOA, whew! the place was very crowded! there were people everywhere! so we decided to watch the show next time.

it was already around 7pm when we decided to have dinner. but lo and behold! all the restaurants were full, with people waiting in line. so we decided to just have our dinner in baclaran since we'll be going to cavite later that night. unfortunately for us, the traffic was very heavy! so we ended up walking from MOA to baclaran. it was very exhausting, but fun!

indeed, it's an unforgettable valentine's day for us.
